What is Blentin?

Blentin is a dating and social discovery app designed for gay, bi and queer men aged 18 and over.

Discover guys nearby, start a conversation and decide what comes next: chatting, friendship, dating or something more spontaneous. Our initial community focus is Paris and Île-de-France.

Is Blentin free?

Yes. Blentin has no Premium subscription: nearby discovery and chat do not require a paid plan.

Limited advertising helps support the service. Some optional interactions may use an allowance with a rewarded-ad option. Free access does not mean every optional action is unlimited.

Where is Blentin available?

For now, Blentin is mainly available in Paris and the Île-de-France area.

This is where we are launching the app first, so we can build an active, local, and enjoyable community from the start. But this is only the beginning: we are already working on expanding Blentin to more cities and areas soon.

Is Blentin for adults only?

Yes. Blentin is only for adults aged 18 and over.

Because Blentin is a dating and social discovery app, we ask for your age to help protect the community and make sure the app is used only by people who are legally allowed to join.

If we believe an account does not meet this requirement, we may take action to protect users and the platform.

How does Blentin use my location?

Blentin uses your location to help you discover people nearby and make the app feel local, relevant, and useful.

Your location is used to show nearby profiles, calculate approximate distance, and improve the discovery experience. Blentin does not automatically show your exact location or address to other users, unless you choose to share that information yourself, for example in a chat.

You stay in control: you can manage location permissions from your device settings, and we keep working to use only what is needed to make nearby discovery work properly.

Does Blentin show ads?

Blentin may show a limited number of ads to help keep the app free.

Our goal is simple: keep Blentin accessible to everyone, without locking important features behind subscriptions or extra fees. Ads help support the app while allowing users to meet people, chat, and enjoy the main features without paying.

We aim to keep ads limited, respectful, and not annoying, so they don’t get in the way of the experience.

How does Blentin protect my privacy?

Your privacy matters to us. Blentin is designed so you can meet, chat, and discover nearby people while staying in control.

We work to limit the data needed to run the app, protect your account, and support safety features. We do not sell your personal data.

Many profile details are optional, and sensitive profile fields require explicit consent. You can manage consent preferences, control device permissions, block users, and request account deletion or privacy support when needed.

How do I report or block someone?

You can block someone directly from their profile or from your chat with them.

Open the person’s profile, or your conversation with them, then use the options menu to choose Block or Report. Blocking helps you stop unwanted interactions, while reporting helps us review behavior that may go against Blentin’s rules.

If someone makes you feel uncomfortable, harasses you, or acts inappropriately, don’t hesitate to report them. We want Blentin to stay a respectful and safer space for the community.
